Framlingham Photo Project

This site hosts the photo archive from Framlingham Photo Project 2011. This project collected photographs which included identifiable images of people. For posed photographs the subjects were informed of the purpose and, and photographs taken only with consent. Names are included in captions only with the subject’s consent. Not all subjects in general shots were explicitly consulted, but we believe this exception to the UK GDPR “right to be informed” is within the scope of “disproportionate effort” of obtaining explicit consent for the purpose of publishing this photographic archive some 13 years after the photographs were taken.

Some photographs were taken of children who at the time were primary or nursery school age. These are not included in the published archive, as some may still be minors at the date of publication in 2024. They may be published at a later date.
